What's the catch you ask?
There is no catch. If I bring you a qualified buyer that results in a contract for sale of your home you will only pay me 3% at the time it closes. That’s all! AND, if you buy your next home through me within 60 days * I will rebate an additional 1% of the sale price back to you at time of closing on your new home.
*60 days starts at time of contract on current home and ends at time of contract on new home. The 1% rebate is on the sale price of your current home.

In my years of experience I have found that:

- 90% of FSBO sellers eventually hire a Realtor because they find the process is not as easy as they thought.

- Most FSBO shoppers are investors, perpetual lookers or bargain hunters. They have no intention of letting you save the brokerage fees.

- Realtors have 90% of all real estate for sale. What's the incentive to buy from you? Answer: To get a bargain by first deducting the commission then an additional 4-6%.

- Fact: Your property stays on the market longer and sells for a lower price than if you hired a Realtor.
