Blue Valley is a luxury neighborhood located in Alpharetta, Georgia. This area is wide open and not as heavily populated as some areas tend to be as you get closer to Atlanta. There are only 75 people per square mile so you will have plenty of space and privacy. Homes in this area however tend to be valued much higher than similar homes in other areas of Georgia. It is not uncommon to expect to pay over a million dollars for a home in this area.

Blue valley is known as an equestrian area and many of the homes come with extra acreage and some placed on small farms. With all of this the asking prices for these homes are about right for those that have the budget.
